Ensuring a healthy and safe workplace is more in the forefront now following the passage of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 2004 (Amended 2006).

We can help you assess your compliance with the OSH Act by:

• Performing audits and gap analyses of your organization’s internal Safety and Health Plan and procedures against those prescribed in the OSH Act 2004
• Performing audits and gap analyses of your organization’s activities, functions and procedures against those prescribed in the OSH Act 2004

This is achieved by

• Onsite inspections
• Review of documentation including Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Safety Toolbox Meetings, Training Schedules and certificates of competence in operation of machinery or performing of duties amongst other relevant information
• Observation of onsite activities which may include discussions with personnel

In each case, recommendations will be provided to close any existing gaps in order for organizations to become safe for both employers and employees and achieve compliance with the Act
